I have so much I want to share about what is coming up for me in negative pleasure and negative intentionality, but Monday Morning Coffee Time helped to put this excitement into perspective – to balance heart and mind.

Long ago I found that these external accomplishments or “successes” are not as rewarding as the culture says they should be. So what would happen if I focused the power and energies of my soul substance in a truly positive way, a way that was truly from my Core Essence, instead?

Pat: Hard to remember what I did yesterday. I can see that in pattern I ask myself, “Pat, did you do enough yesterday?” whereas from a deeper place I ask myself, “Pat, were you really there enough?”

Pat: These mornings are beyond conversations – they are more like explorations – they are full of light. Together we bring light to our dark places, our obscurations, our unconscious.

Pat: When my distorted harsh masculine comes up strong, that does not evoke your strong masculine energy in response. … Gary: Yes, I withdraw when that energy comes up. I do not take you on. I do not stand my ground. Clearly this is material to work on in our relationship!

and then said, “Even with all your years of Pathwork you still struggle just like me. Is your Pathwork really worth it? Does it work?”

“I may be good at this, but I am uncomfortable holding all this. I’d rather do something else that wasn’t uncomfortable. I want Joy and Pleasure Supreme, not the uncomfortableness of this ambiguity intensified by a sense of urgency.”

So the issue that came up to look at was, “With all the effort I put into Pathwork stuff, why am I not happier or more fulfilled than I am?”

So this is my experience in working with the puzzle that is my Life – the experience of Joy!

I give birth to ALL of me. I am “born again” in each moment of acceptance. I come to be in the Truth of me. From Truth great things can happen!
