I want to return and face my intense resistance to Jesus Christ. For what ever reason, this morning this issue is up for me. My resistance to Jesus Christ is very perplexing and disturbing to me.

There is something inspiring, energizing, playful, and engaging in this process of thinking. I, whoever I is, take delight in these engagements with others via reading, listening, or entering into dialog.

But affection has not been our default mode to date, we are not yet at ease in our showing of affection to one another.

Our relationship is what I longed for but could not describe or even envision forty years ago.

Ah! A feeling word – alarmed. As we roll back to then, what was up in your feeling alarmed?

What does our sexuality look like in each of us? For me it is frightening to face the unknown nature of the Mystery of Sexuality.

My words sounded stupid to me as I listened to the recording. My words had covered feelings of confusion, feelings of loneliness in my isolation from Pat, Sage, and Anthony during the call, and feelings of pain in not knowing how to be in this wordless place with myself and others.

I simply took in her words, the words of my friend, and my own experience of myself, and sat with these words and this experience of self in what I would describe as peaceful confusion.

…unfettered learning comes when we are more aligned with our inner essence rather than aligned with external authority or religious or cultural norms.

…All of this negativity blocks any leadership I might have regarding the Vision Statement itself. … The truth, my truth, that I place a higher value on vision and leadership for the MAP School than I do on love scares me.
